  • Third Party Services: Financial products, offers, APIs, or services provided by unaffiliated third parties.
  • Referral Credits: Commissions earned from Third Party Services and passed directly to you at a 1:1 rate.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide personalized recommendations, and comply with legal obligations. This may include:

  • Account Information: Name, email, password
  • Financial Data: Loans, credit accounts, balances, and other financial information provided by you
  • Usage and Interaction Data: Logs, analytics, and behavioral data
  • Device and Technical Information: IP address, browser, device type

We may also use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics, service improvement, and operational purposes.

We do not sell your personal information as defined under applicable law.

3. How We Use Information

We use User Information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Generate personalized financial insights and recommendations
  • Process Referral Credits earned from Third Party Services
  • Communicate with you regarding your account and the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

Additional Notes:

  • We collect and use only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Service.
  • We do not guarantee any financial outcomes or results from recommendations.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share User Information in limited circumstances:

  • Service Operations: With vendors and service providers necessary to operate the Service
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with laws, regulations, or court orders
  • With Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Important: We do not sell your information for profit. We do not control the privacy practices of Third Party Services; your interactions with them are governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Referral Commissions Transparency

Apriority may receive commissions from Third Party Services. All commissions are passed directly to you as Referral Credits at a 1:1 rate. Recommendations are made solely to improve your financial outcomes, not for revenue generation.

6. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect User Information. This includes:

  • Encryption: Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards
  • Transmission Security: All data in transit is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS)
  • Access Controls: Only authorized personnel and systems with a legitimate business need may access User Information

We continuously evaluate and update our security practices to align with evolving industry standards. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

  • Access and Correction: You may view, update, or correct your information through the Service.
  • Account Closure: You may close your account by contacting support@apriority.ai. Account closure does not automatically delete data; deletion must be requested separately.
  • Cookies and Tracking: You may manage your browser settings to limit cookies, though some Service features may not function properly.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in these Terms of Use, unless and until you request its deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

9. International Access

Our Service is intended for U.S. users only. By accessing the Service from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Functionality may be limited, and we cannot guarantee the Service will operate effectively outside the U.S.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated policies.

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to this Policy will be resolved under the arbitration terms in the Terms of Use.
